Keanu Hill enters the 2023 season as BYU’s most-experienced receiver who has seen good production and steady improvement throughout his four years within the Cougar football program. The 6-foot-4, 215 pound Texan caught 36 passes last season for 572 yards and seven touchdowns and should be afforded a lot of production this season as the team’s most veteran wideout option.

“I feel like he’s the forgotten receiver in the program, despite his production last season,” said Ben Criddle, host of Cougar Sports with Ben Criddle on ESPN960. “He’s big, fast and strong, sure, but his best ability has been his availability. All he does is perform when called upon, and even though he doesn’t have the greatest top end speed, he always finds separation with his footwork and physicality. Keanu should have another productive season and will be one of Kedon Slovis’ top targets.”
