Kaufusi is back! BYU Football Prep Tracker Week 7

After sitting five games with an injury, Maika Kaufusi came back in a big way.   In week 7 of prep action Kaufusi had seven receptions for 90 yards and three touchdowns, eight tackles (three solo), a pass defended and a fumble recovery.  In just two games Kaufusi now has 11 receptions for 328 yards and seven touchdowns.  If there were a statistic for touchdowns per target or completion, he’d definitely have the state record.

In other prep highlights Cannon DeVries had a game-saving interception for Weber, Braxton Fely had two sacks, Jarinn Kalama had two touchdown receptions, Trevin Ostler had five tackles and a sack, Micah Wilson had nine tackles and a QB hurry, Parker Kingston had over 400 yards of offense, and Cooper Ross had two touchdown receptions, a 2-point conversion, and a sack.
