Former Utah Valley standout Fardaws Aimaq announced via his Instagram page that has once again entered the transfer portal. The news came after Texas Tech’s 78-62 loss to West Virginia in the Big 12 tournament.

While it’s too early to tell where the former WAC Player of The Year and two time WAC Defensive Player of The Year will end up, there is  a market for him in the state of Utah. It’s doubtful that he will end up back at UVU alongside Mark Madsen, but there is a school to the south in Mark Pope’s Cougars that is in desperate needs of his services, although, that seems unlikely at this point.
