Wizards’ Bradley Beal Fined $25K for Contact with Official

Joe Dumars, Executive Vice President, Head of Basketball Operations, said that Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal had been fined $25,000 for making contact with a game official.

Beal was unsuccessful in securing the ball, and when he fell, he collided with a referee shoving the official and causing him to stumble back over the chairs behind him.

The instance occurred on Saturday, February 11, in the third quarter of Washington’s 127-113 win over the Indiana Pacers.
