It was a pretty quiet week in the NFL for former Cougs. Zach Wilson had another rough week, getting sacked five times but still passing for 160 yards.
The other starters continued to be productive with Jamaal Williams getting 77 yards of offense with a touchdown, Ty’Son Williams rushing for 22 yards, and Taysom Hill rushing for 32 yards and a touchdown.
On defense Daniel Sorensen had seven tackles, Fred Warner had eight tackles, and Khyiris Tonga got his first start of the season and had five tackles for the Bears.
Harvey Langi recorded his first stat of the season, getting a tackle for the Patriots.
In total there were 12 former BYU players in-action during week two (with three in-active), another eight on practice squads, with ten still looking for playing opportunities. Below you get the snap counts and statistics for each active player.

- Michael Davis (CB, Chargers). Played all 79 defensive snaps (100%) and recorded three tackles (two solo), and had two fumble recoveries for 36 yards. Season totals: three games, 13 tackles (10 solo), two fumble recoveries for 36 yards.
- Taysom Hill (QB, Saints). Played 33 snaps on offense (53%) and five snaps on special teams (17%). He rushed six times for 32 yards and a touchdown. Season totals: three games, 1-for-1 passing for three yards, 10 rushes for 49 yards and one touchdown, one tackle.
- Harvey Langi (LB, Patriots). Played 18 snaps on special teams (62%) and had one solo tackle. Season totals: three games, one solo tackle.
- Dax Milne (WR, Washington). Played four offensive snaps (7%) and recorded no stats. Season totals: three games, no stats.
